Michael Graver played the organ while his wife Maureen- Holmer WI committee member - led us in carol singing.

Our next meeting will be on January 2nd in St. Mary's church, Grandstand Road at 7.30 pm. Mary Burgess will be talking about ' The Order of St. John '. Ladies, make a date in your 2019 diaries and come along  and join us.

KINGTON

Kington WI’s December meeting was a Christmas party for members and guests. Following a short business meeting, we enjoyed singing carols, interspersed with Christmas readings, poems, and a story, given by members. The music was kindly provided by a member’s husband playing the keyboard.  We then sat down to a magnificent tea provided by ‘ Fingers and Forks’. The afternoon was concluded with a game of Pass the Parcel.

BOSBURY

At the December meeting we were in festive mode and welcomed Mike and Rachel Fenton who entertained us on the dulcimer and autoharp with songs from American folk music to Christmas carols.  The evening finished with mulled wine and mince pies.
