Who we are
The Herefordshire Federation
The Herefordshire Federation has 46 WIs and around 1110 members. Within the WI there are various committees who arrange various activities to educate and entertain us. They also give us the opportunity to socialise with members of WI's other than our own.
The Federation is managed by a Board of Trustees who meet, usually, on the third Tuesday of the Month on Zoom. They are all WI members and work on a voluntary basis to ensure the smooth running of all activities and the management of the funds.
Members are welcome to call in to WI House on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9.30 am - 2.30pm. From 1 September 2022 the office will be open on Thursday and Friday in addition to the previous timetable. 9.30 - 2.30pm
The Board oversees the work of the Sub-committees who arrange conferences, workshops and leisure activities for the benefit of members. Further information on these can be found by clicking on any sub-committee listed below.
